Shabir sends Pant’s letter to APHC

case against Mr Rajpreet Singh Brar, Assistant Commissioner (General),
on the basis of the statement of Davinder Kaur, wife of Kartar Singh,
a senior clerk in the Deputy Commissioner’s office who committed
suicide yesterday.
