Shortage of question papers
Our Correspondent

Ludhiana, March 25
There was a shortage of question papers at most of the examination centres for Classes X and XII of the Punjab School Education Board, on Saturday.

In the morning, when the packet containing question papers for science test of Class X students was opened up at Everest Public Senior Secondary School, Moti Nagar, it was found that it contained 24 papers less than the required number. The worried supervisors had to rush to nearby school centres to procure spare question papers for the students. This resulted into a confusion and the paper was slightly delayed. Similarly, 116 question papers were found short at Government Senior Secondary School, Jamalpur.

At GGN Khalsa College also, question papers for Class XII student appearing in the evening session fell short of the required number. Although the paper was scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. It was delayed by almost one-and-a-half hour since the supervisors were not able to procure extra question papers from any nearby school.
