Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere. 

Departures: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana and Rajasthan, above normal in eastern Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 5.4 °C recorded at Adampur in (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of 21st: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Punjab. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of 21st: Clear sky becoming partly cloudy by tomorrow afternoon. Possibility of thundery development in some areas. Minimum temperature will be around 12 °C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of 21st: Development of thunderclouds likely at a few places.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
