Rainfall: Rain or snow has occurred at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Punjab and changed little elsewhere.

Departures: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana and west Rajasthan and above normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 7.6°C at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of 20th: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of 20th: Hazy sky. Mist in the morning. No significant change in minimum temperature and it will be around 11°C.
