Cold wave persists in Punjab
NEW DELHI, FEB 10 — Cold wave conditions continue to prevail in Punjab. They have abated in Jammu and Kashmir.

    The maximum relative humidity was 73 per cent and the minimum 19 per cent.

NEW DELHI, FEB 10 — Cold wave conditions continue to prevail in Punjab. They have abated in Jammu and Kashmir.

Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir, fell in Haryana and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were below normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.6°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of February 12: Weather will be dry over the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 12: Clear sky. Mist in the morning. No significant change in minimum temperature. It will be around 8°C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi: Forecast valid until the morning of February 12: Sky will be clear.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
