Cold wave persists
in Punjab NEW DELHI, FEB 10 — Cold wave conditions continue to prevail in Punjab. They have abated in Jammu and Kashmir. Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region. Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir, fell in Haryana and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were below normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.6°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab). Forecast valid until the morning of February 12: Weather will be dry over the region. Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 12: Clear sky. Mist in the morning. No significant change in minimum temperature. It will be around 8°C. Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi: Forecast valid until the morning of February 12: Sky will be clear. Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change. |
