in Punjab, Haryana NEW DELHI, Feb 7 — Cold wave conditions have abated from Haryana (including Delhi), Punjab and East Rajasthan, thus abated from entire region. Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region. Temperature:
Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Haryana, Punjab and East Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were above normal in Himachal Pradesh, below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.4°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab). Forecast valid until the morning of 9th: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be dry in the rest of the region. Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of 9th: Cold wave conditions have abated. Clear sky. Mist in the morning.
