, Dec 20 — Cashing in on the advantage of using interest-free public money for carrying out development works in the state under their jurisdiction, the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has taken to extending last dates of the schemes it has floated.

PANCHKULA, Dec 19 — In violation of the bylaws of the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), business houses continue to have sales counters on the premises of industrial units here.
