RDX seized
PATNA, Jan 14 (UNI) — The CRPF has seized 7.5 kg of RDX, along with 24 gelatine sticks, four improvised explosive devices during counter insurgency operations in Palamu and Hazaribagh districts. Additional Deputy Inspector General of Police (CRPF) Daljit Singh said in a statement here today that the sleuths raided Chhatarpur village in Hazaribagh district yesterday and recovered RDX along with gelatine sticks from the house of a suspected supporter of the extremists. He said acting on a tip-off the house of an extremist supporter was also searched at Dalli Tola Thankit village in Palamu district and four improvised explosive devices were recovered. The supporters had been taken into custody. CRPF personnel had recovered two quintals of low power explosives and 400 detonators while patrolling under Keridare police station in Hazaribagh district yesterday.
