Wednesday: Rain or snow has occurred at many places in Himachal. Rain has occurred at many places in Haryana and Punjab. Bhuntar, Amritsar and Chandigarh each recoreded one cm of precipitation. Night temperatures rose in Haryana and changed little elsewhere. These were largely above normal in Punjab and Haryana and were normal in Himachal. The lowest temperature in the plains was 9.0 °C recorded at Rohtak.

Forecast: Moderate to rather heavy rain or snow will occur at most places in Himachal. Light to moderate rain is likely to occur at a many places in Punjab and at a few places in Haryana.
