chunk of land in the Sector 23 Leisure Valley by
the management of a temple and its non-removal by
the enforcement staff of the local Municipal
Corporation for about six years has caused

July 28 — Mr Justice V.S. Aggarwal of the Punjab and
Haryana High Court today issued notice to the Director of
the PGI and the Union of India for September 8 on a
contempt petition preferred by the PGI Faculty
Association alleging that the PGI had not complied with

during the past two years.
