I am a 40-year-old government employee. In my dream I saw a steep hill. People told me not to climb it as it was dangerous and nobody survived the climb. Yet I climbed it and finally reach the top.

Anil Khanna, Amritsar.

Climbing hills stands for gains. The attainment of success even after a warning from others portrays your persistence and a strong will. Such an attitude in real life could get you a lot of success.

I am a 21-year-old college student. I have been in love with a boy for the past six years. In my dream I found myself at his home with his family members, preparing tea for them. All of them were very friendly and loving towards me. His mother was also kind to me.

Ritu, Amritsar

The dream portrays your fears about your acceptance by his family members. To see them loving and kind depicts a wishful desire.

I am a 24-year-old doctor. Many a time I have dreamt of walking towards a standing bus. But as soon as I reach it, it starts. I run after the bus and somehow manage to board it. But to my surprise I find myself barefoot in it.

S. Gupta, Jagadhri

You seem to be missing out on opportunities, and that is causing a lot of regret. To see yourself barefoot denotes crushed expectations. Do not leave things to chance, or foresee failure and success beforehand. Go for every opportunity that comes your way.

I am 62 years old. In my dream I saw both my hands amputated.

Nivedita, Yol

To see your hands amputated portrays great loss. Beware of enemies trying to harm your family members.

I saw an owl in my dream. People say it stands for misfortune.

Meghna, Maranda

Yes, owl is seen as a symbol of ill-luck. But did you know that owl is the means of transport of Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth.
