The chief amount of rainfall in cms was — Surgani 8; Guler 6; Pandoh, Nagrota-Surian and Ghamroor 5 each; Jagadhari and Shahpur Kandi 4 each; Madhopur 3; Kangra, Rahru, Ambala, Rampur and Chamba 2 each; and Mohindergarh, Chandigarh, RS Dam site, Bhuntar, Nahan and Bhimpur one each.

Forecast: Moderate to rather heavy rain will occur at many places in Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab.
