3 PEC students expelled
CHANDIGARH, April 22 — Following the completion of an inquiry, the Punjab Engineering College authorities have expelled today three students for their alleged involvement in the beating up of two students of the Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32, on the PEC campus on the night of February 19.
