Chandigarh, April 9 — Further tightening the noose around the people not following traffic rules, the Chandigarh Traffic Police, today wrote letters to all school principals asking them to ensure that the date of birth on the licences of all children driving vehicles to schools is verified and tallied with the date of birth record available with the schools.
