Chandigarh leads big voter rush
Sees highest turnout of 74% in Phase 3 * People out in droves in Delhi, Haryana, J-K, UP 
New Delhi, April 10
The crucial third phase of the General Election today saw an impressive turnout across 91 segments with Chandigarh witnessing the highest polling percentage of 74. Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Bihar witnessed Maoist-related violence which left 2 CRPF jawans and a state police personnel dead. Sporadic clashes were reported in Jammu-Poonch segment, which saw 68% polling.

Haryanvis not far behind at 73%

Barring stray incidents, polling in Haryana remained peaceful with the state is set to create a record with over 73 per cent voters casting their franchise.

Kejriwal injured as AAP workers mob him at Amritsar rly station
Amritsar, April 10
AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal, one of his security personnel and a few others were injured in a melee after Kejriwal alighted from Shatabdi Express at the Amritsar railway station tonight. Mid-air scare: No contact with Jet flight for half hour
New Delhi, April 10
A Jet Airways flight from London to Mumbai sparked panic after the aircraft remained out of contact for almost 30 minutes while it was flying over German airspace, barely five days after the mysterious disappearance of a Malaysian Airlines flight last month. Both pilots who operated the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on Flight 9W-117 registered as VT-JEG were grounded after the incident on March 13 which was being construed as serious, official sources said today.
