Devyani re-indicted in US visa fraud case

Devyani KhobragadeIndian diplomat Devyani Khobragade was re-indicted on US visa fraud charges today. A US court had yesterday dismissed an earlier indictment. Federal prosecutors charged the diplomat with visa fraud and making false statements about the visa application of her domestic help.
