Need to upgrade community centres
The Community Centres in almost every sector of the city have been set up by the Administration for social functions, gatherings, meetings and get-togethers. These halls are given for use to the residents of the city to celebrate marriages, parties and other family functions at concessional rates as compared to the private banquet halls which only meet the maintenance expenses of the premises. There is an immediate need to upgrade the centrally located community centre in the city with an AC hall, furniture fixture and other ultra-modern facilities.
People are ready to pay much more on such occasions if proper facilities are
provided and it is the need of the hour to accommodate the common man as no site
has either been allotted or auctioned as marriage farm house.
