PAU bans entry of 12 vehicles on campus

Punjab Agricultural University has restricted the entry of some vehicles, which were seen being driven inside the campus without any work. The university authorities have provided a list of vehicles to the security guard and pasted the same on all the entry gates to ban their entry on the campus.

Vehicle thieves nabbed, stolen bike recovered

The city police has nabbed two vehicle thieves and recovered a stolen motorcycle from their possession. The accused have been identified as Mohit Kumar and Gaurav
Taneja, both residents of New Ramesh Nagar, Tibba Road.The accused were nabbed near Sangam Palace here last evening during a police checkpoint. On spotting the police, the accused tried to flee the scene, but the police intercepted their vehicle and nabbed them. On being asked to produce the documents of the motorcycle, they confessed that they have stolen the bike.
