The National Dope Testing Laboratory on Monday confirmed that all three athletes had failed their ‘B’ sample tests. Now, their fate depends on the decision of the Anti-Doping Disciplinary panel of the NADA.

Giving information in this regard, director general of NADA Rahul Bhatnagar confirmed that all three of them had failed their dope tests. “We have served them a second notice. We have also sent a copy of the results to the Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel headed by Dinesh Dayal in this regard. Dayal will decide the date for their hearing before the panel either on Monday or Tuesday,” he added.

When questioned about the future course of action for Punjab athlete Mandeep, he said her ‘B’ sample had already been found positive during tests done by the IAAF.
