According to information, four employees of Cash Management Security firm were riding on two motorcycles while carrying cash of Rs 8 lakh and Rs 4 lakh in two separate bags.

“We are also investigating the employees of the firm as there were many lacunas in the incident, which they were telling. First of all, they did not take their official Balero jeep to carry cash as their version was that the jeep was found to be deflated. Secondly, they took along the official bodyguard but without his arms”, he said. The employees of the firm have been identified as Rajeev Kumar, Rajeev Chaudhary, Sumeet Kumar and Harjeet. Though the Civil Lines Police has registered a case under relevant section, no arrest has been made so far. — TNS
