Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at many places in Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh, at a few places in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and at isolated places in the rest of the region.

The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Hisar 3, Ateli, Bhiwani, Ratia, Faridabad, Chansa, Gharaunda, Samalkha, Bapouli, Jhajjar, Kanina, Nangal Chaudhari and New Delhi (PLM) 2 each and Ayanagar, Karnal, Gohana, Pehowa, Narnaul, Gannaur, Hatin and Panipat 1 each. Himachal Pradesh: Solangnala, Dhundi and Kasol 2 each and Bhang and Pandoh 1 each. Punjab: Bhatinda 7, Faridkot and Jagraon 2 each and Malerkotla 1. East Rajasthan: (3 cm and above) Degod 13, Jamwa Ramgarh 11, Sanganer 10, Jaipur and Bijolia 8 each, Kota and Mandana, 7 each, Aklera, Bhopalsagar and Ladpura 6 each, Begu, Ramganjmandi and Sirohi 5 each, Bakani, Chomu, Chittorgarh, Dausa, Dungla and Garhi 4 each and Amer, Anta, Basuwa, Dug, Jhunjhunu, Mahuwa, Mangalsar, Mawali, Shahpura and Thanagaji 3 each. West Rajasthan: Sangaria 9, Sriganganagar 8, Sardar Shahar 7, Churu, Pokran, Pilibanga, Ratangarh and Sayala 3 each, Osain and Ramgarh 2 each and Barmer, Bhinmal, Jaswantpura, Luni, Sam and Shergarh 1 each. East Uttar Pradesh: Bahraich 3, Chhatnag and Varanasi A.P. 2 each and Bani, Bhatpurwaghat, Churk, Hamirpur F.M. Kanpur, Lucknow and Varanasi F.M. 1 each. West Uttar Pradesh: Ankinghat, Fatehgarh and Meerut 2 each and Akabarpur, Etawah and Kalpi F.M. 1 each. Uttarakhand: Rishikesh 6 and Hardwar 1.

Forecast valid until the morning of July 12: Rain/thundershowers will occur at many places in south Rajasthan and south Uttar Pradesh and at a few places in the rest of the region except Jammu and Kashmir where it will be isolated.

Heavy rainfall warning: Isolated heavy rain is likely in south Rajasthan and south Uttar Pradesh during the next 48 hours.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: Scattered to fairly widespread rainfall activity will continue over the region except Jammu and Kashmir.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of July 12: Partly cloudy sky with possibility of thundery development/light rain.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi: Forecast valid until the morning of July 12: Light rain is likely at a few places.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: No large change.
