Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. Kupwara (Jammu and Kashmir) recorded 1 cm of rainfall.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: This was above normal in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal and appreciably above normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 12.2°C recorded at Chandigarh.

Forecast valid until the morning of November 13: Rain/snow will occur at many places in Kashmir division, at a few places in Jammu division and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Rain/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Punjab. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 13: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. the minimum temperature will be around 16°C.
