Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at isolated places in Uttaranchal. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. Mukteshwar (Uttaranchal) has recorded 1 cm of rainfall.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: This was appreciably above normal in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Himachal Pradesh, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 13.4°C recorded at Chandigarh.
