No decision yet on shifting of martyr’s statue
Ludhiana, October 23

The issue of the shifting of Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha’s statue from under the elevated road is going to cast a shadow on the inauguration of the road by the Chief Minister on October 25. The secretary of the PPCC has taken up the matter with the Chief Minister and PPCC chief, stating that it would be a disrespect to the martyr if traffic would pass on the road over his head. He has urged them to look into the matter.
