Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures rose in Haryana and changed little elsewhere.

This was below normal in east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Haryana and Himachal Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.4ºC recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Rain, snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
