New Delhi, December 12
Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures fell in Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere.

Departure: They were appreciably below normal in Haryana and Punjab, below normal in Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 1°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of December 14: Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of December 14: Cold wave conditions are prevailing in Delhi, likely to abate during next two days. Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 5°C.
