Monsoon has further withdrawn from remaining parts of east Uttar Pradesh. Withdrawal line passes through Raxol, Motihari, Patna, Daltanganj, Pendra, Seoni, Khandawa, Surat, Latitude 20N, longitude 69E.

Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: The maximum temperatures changed little.

Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, above normal in Himachal Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 38°C recorded at Churu (Rajasthan).

Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperatures fell in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departure:They were normal over the region.The lowest temperature in the plains was 18.2°C recorded at Jaipur.
