Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at most places in Rajasthan, at many places in Uttaranchal, at a few places in Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm. are: Haryana: Tajewala 9 and Hisar and Karnal 1 each; Himachal Pradesh: Rampurbushahar 1; Jammu and Kashmir: Banihal, Batote and Bhaderwah 1 each; East Rajasthan: Sawai Madhopur 9, Behror, Niwai and Nimrana 7 each, Devli 6, Banswara, Sagwara and Shahpura 4 each, Bagidora, Jamwa Ramgarh, Kushalgarh, Kotputli, Neem ka thana, Phagi, Rajgarh, Tonk and Viratnagar 3 each, Deeg, Fatehpur, Ghatol, Karauli, Piploo, Rawatbhata and Sapotra 2 each and Amer, Ladpura and Malpura 1 each; West Rajasthan: Churu 3, Bilara 2 and Jodhpur and Sirohi 1 each, East Uttar Pradesh: Gorakhpur 2 and Birdghat, Mohana and Regoli 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Auraiya and Sarsawa 1 each and Uttaranchal: Bosan 10, Haridwar and Kalagarh 5 each, Haripur 3, Dehradun and Marora 2 each and Rishikesh, Srinagar, Tehr and Uttarkashi 1 each.
