Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm. are: Himachal Pradesh: Nagrotasurian 8, and Guler 5; east Uttar Pradesh: Birdghat 2 and Rae Bareli 1; and Uttaranchal: Hardwar 3 and Haripur 1.
