Congress has betrayed Dalits, says Badal

Former Chief Minister and the president of the Shiromani Akali Dal-Badal (SAD-B), Mr Parkash Singh Badal today promised free higher education for the students belonging to the economically and socially weaker sections and the downtrodden. He criticised the Congress government in the state for withdrawing all the facilities and concessions to the Dalits.

Stress on quality education in govt schools

Protest against holding seminars
Malaudh (Ahmedgarh), May 22
Activists of various social, trade and political organisations today marched through the streets of the town in protest against the alleged decision of the authorities in the Education Department to force teachers to attend daylong seminars in scorching heat that claimed the life of a teacher at Government High School here on Saturday.
