The highest maximum temperature in the region was 43.4°C recorded at Dholpur (Rajasthan). Forecast valid until the morning of April 24. Rain or thundershowers are likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Isolated duststorm/thunderstorm likely in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of April 24: Partly cloudy sky with dust haze. Thundry development/light rain accompanied with squall is likely in some areas during evening/night. The maximum temperature will be around 39°C.
