Rainfall:
Rain/thundershowers have been reported at isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry over the rest of the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Maximum temperatures changed a little. Departure: They were above normal in west Rajasthan, markedly below normal in east Uttar Pradesh, below normal in Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 37.1°C recorded at Barmer (Rajasthan).

Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Jammu and Kashmir and changed a little elsewhere. Depatrure: They were below normal in Punjab and Uttaranchal, above normal in east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 11.8°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab). Forecast valid until the morning of October 29: Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of October 29, 03: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. Maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 31°C and 16°C respectively.
