Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed a little.

Departure: They were appreciably above normal in east Rajasthan, below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 1.6°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of December 11: Rain or snow is likely at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal. Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Punjab. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid untill till morning of December 11: Mainly clear sky. Increase of cloudiness is likely towards evening. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 9°C.
