Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little. Departures: These were below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab, appreciably above normal in east Rajasthan, above normal in west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 4.6° C recorded at Adampur (Punjab) and Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of December 1: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of December 1: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 7° C.
