Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at a few places in west Rajasthan. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Jammu and Kashmir and changed a little elsewhere. Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Haryana and west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 10.4°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 13: Rain or snow is likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Uttaranchal. Rain or thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in east Uttar Pradesh.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 13: Partly cloudy sky with possibility of light rain/thundery development in some areas. Minimum temperature will be around 15°C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of November 13: Light rain is likely at a few places.
