Suspected PWG activists blinded
Ranchi, February 24
Two suspected activists of the outlawed Peoples War Group (PWG) who had been kidnapped last Friday had been reportedly blinded by members of the Gram Raksha Dal. According to official sources here, activists of the Gram Raksha Dal, earlier members of the banned Sunlight Sena, kidnapped the two activists Rupdeo Sao and Shravan Sao last Friday from Lehar Banjari village from the Vishrampur police station area. The two, according to reports, were taken to Uttari by the abductors where they were beaten and later released after pouring acid in their eyes. UNI
