South-west monsoon has withdrawn from western parts of west Rajasthan.

Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal.

Weather was dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Himachal Pradesh: Berthin, Guler and Nagrota Surian 1 each, Punjab: Anandpur Sahib 1, east Uttar Pradesh: Mohana and Sultanpur 1 each and Uttaranchal: Haripur 3 and Dehradun 2.

Forecast valid until the morning of September 12: Rain or thundershowers are likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and at isolated places in Haryana, Punjab, east Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in west Rajasthan.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood: Mainly clear sky with strong surface winds during day time. Development of clouds towards tomorrow afternoon.Top
