Rain, snow likely in HP, J&K
NEW DELHI, FEB 12 — Cold wave conditions continue to prevail in parts of Punjab. They are likely to abate during the next two days. They have abated from north Rajasthan.

    The maximum relative humidity was 78 per cent and the minimum 24 per cent.

NEW DELHI, FEB 12 — Cold wave conditions continue to prevail in parts of Punjab. They are likely to abate during the next two days. They have abated from north Rajasthan.

Rainfall: Rain or snow has occurred at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of snowfall in cm are: Jammu and Kashmir: Pan 8, Chackwali and Firm Base 2 each and Niru 1.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures rose in Jammu and Kashmir and East Rajasthan, fell in East Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. 

Departures: They were below normal in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and the remaining parts of Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 2.2°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of 14th: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of 14th: Mainly clear sky. Increase of cloudiness with possibility of light rain in some areas towards afternoon or evening of tomorrow. Rise in minimum temperature and it will be around 10 degree Celcius.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of 14th: Possibility of light rain at a few places.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: Mainly dry weather.
