unabated NEW DELHI, Jan 25 — Cold to severe cold wave conditions continue to prevail in parts of Jammu and Kashmir and Rajasthan. Cold wave conditions also continue to prevail in parts of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and west Uttar Pradesh. They have abated from Uttaranchal. Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region. Temperature:
Past 24 hours’ change: Minimum temperatures fell in Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, rose in Uttaranchal and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were below normal in east Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal and the remaining parts of Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, east Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh and normal in Haryana and the remaining parts of west Rajasthan.
