The Hoshiarpur police today conducted a special drive against wrong parking on the roads here.

Police teams, led by Palwinder Singh, DSP, Special Branch, took a round of various roads and commercial areas in the city along with a team of traffic police. As many as 35 wrongly parked vehicles were challaned. Also four e-rickshaws and an MUV were impounded.

The DSP said challans would be issued for wrongly parked vehicles in the city so that people do not face traffic snarls.
