Parking of vehicles on the slip road from the Kachehri crossing to the Civil Lines in Dharamsala is causing inconvenience to commuters. Many times, people park vehicles in front of gates of houses, which results in arguments and fights. Owners of commercial buildings and hotels do not have the parking facility in their complexes and people park vehicles on roadsides. Stop feeding simians

Despite Himachal battling with the monkey menace and trying to contain their number, tourists are seen feeding baboons on The Mall. The practice should be stopped immediately as the animals will get used to getting fed by people. The local authorities should ensure that the tourists do not indulge in such activities. Also, it should be ensured that garbage and eatables are not thrown in the open. — Seema Verma, Shimla
