Man dies in road accident: One person was killed in road accident at Dera Bassi bus stand on Thursday while trying to board a bus. The deceased was identified as Karmchand, a resident of Baknour, district Ambala. This accident occurred when he slipped and was crushed by the bus. He succumbed to his injuries while being shifted to GMCH, Sector 32, Chandigarh. Body of the victim was handed over to the relatives after the post-mortem. Police had registered a case against the bus driver Naresh Kumar.
