States, UT to form Corp
Chandigarh, June 7
The UT Administration and states of Punjab and Haryana have agreed to set up a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the Metro rail project. In a meeting between the officials of UT Administration, Punjab and Haryana, it was also decided that the SPV be named Chandigarh Tricity Multi-Modal Transport Corporation (CTMTC).
