Commuters in the city faced hardships for the second consecutive day today as buses of Pepsu Road Transport Corporation and Punjab Roadways were not allowed to ply even today.

A two-day Dr MS Randhawa Memorial Flower Show and Competition began today at the Punjab Agricultural University. The show has been organised by the department of floriculture and landscaping, Estate Organisation and department of family resource management of the PAU.

Delegation visits farm varsity
Ludhiana: A 27-member delegation of the California Agriculture Leadership Foundation, the USA, visited Punjab Agricultural University on Thursday to explore potential areas for collaboration, share farm experiences and learn about agricultural business, economics, education, research and transfer of technology.

Additional Sessions Judge Surinder Pal Kaur has convicted a youth, Bansi Lal (23), a resident of Pavittar Nagar, Haibowal, Ludhiana, on charges of raping 14-year-old minor girl.
