48-year-old shot by ex-son-in-law
Jagraon, July 18
A woman was allegedly shot dead by four assailants in Jagraon this afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as Amarjit Kaur (48), a resident of the Kacha Malak Road area. Four alleged assailants, including deceased's ex-son-in-law, his two brothers and an unidentified person, forcibly entered the house of the deceased and allegedly shot her and fled from the spot.
Vigilance raid at motor vehicle inspector's house
