The local police here tonight booked Rajiv Goyal, chairman and managing director, Surya Group of Institutes, Rajpura, under Section 306 of the IPC for abetting suicide. The police lodged an FIR after recovering the body of builder Ramesh Gupta, a resident of Sector 10, Panchkula, from a canal in Rajpura this evening.
