The counsel of Mayor Ravinder Pal Singh filed an application today in the Deputy Commissioner’s (DC) court that Section 18 of the Punjab Municipal Act, 1976, does not cover the mayoral elections clause, under which notice had been issued to the Mayor, due to which Pali did not file any reply to the notice today.

16 tubewells to boost water supply

The UT administration had launched its Micro Escorts bus service for government school students recently to ensure that these students get easy transport at cheap prices. The project meant to be extended to all schools is yet to be expanded with no addition being made to the current fleet.
