Sector 35 Robbery
Sketch of accused released

The Chandigarh Police today released a sketch of one of the robbers who allegedly looted a Sector 35 resident at gunpoint on Tuesday.

Bajaj, along with five eyewitnesses was called to the police station to reconstruct the events. The statements of the eyewitnesses were corroborated and the entire scene was reconstructed.

Infants turn ‘serious’ after DPT shot

The condition of five babies deteriorated after they were administered the injection of DPT here today. The babies were identified as Sohani, Kartik, Raman, and Ved who were vaccinated at the hospital at Police Lines in Sector 26 and Government Multi-Speciality Hospital, Sector 16, in the morning. The cause behind their deteriorating condition could not be ascertained.

Abolition of Class XII boards ruled out

Officials issue reminder to dept heads
