Thieves strike at cyber cafe
Flee with computer equipment worth Rs 50,000
Ludhiana, September 29
Thieves broke into a cyber cafe located near the Gill chowk late last night and decamped with cash and computer equipment worth nearly Rs 50,000.
The incident came to light when Bhupinder Singh, owner of Cyber Space, opened the cafe and found it ransacked.

Boy ends life
Mullanpur, September 29
Disappointed over failure to get admission in a computer course at an institute of his choice, a minor son of a Dalit family of Birmi village near here allegedly ended his life by hanging himself to a fan hook.
