According to the police sources, in his blind quest for greener pasture in foreign countries, Rakesh Kumar went to Dubai about a month ago by raising a loan. But he could not succeed in his mission and returned 3 days ago. He was mentally upset over the debt trap following which he swallowed celphos. He was taken to Civil Hospital where he breathed his last. — OC Medical camp Pathankot: A free medical check-up camp was organised by Black Arrow Brigade at Mamun Cantonment.
